We offer free shipping for all customers within India.

All products purchased through our website are shipped via reliable ground shipping services. Our preferred carriers include Delhivery, Safexpress, and India Post.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with the carrier details and tracking information.

All products will be delivered to your doorstep (ground floor in case of multi-storied apartments or condominiums).
For multi-storied buildings, customers are responsible for arranging moving carts or additional help to transport the mandir to their respective homes.

If you receive a package with damaged or defective outer packing (carton box or wooden crate), please take clear photos of the damage and send them to us immediately. We will provide assistance to repair or replace the product depending on the extent of the damage (see our Return Policy for more details).
